Delivery

The delivery of the goods will be carried out once advance payment has been received via one of the offered methods of payment and only after the complete payment has been received. If we don't receive payment by the due date, despite repeated requests to you, we permit ourselves to withdraw from the contract without further obligation. The contract is then without further ado annulated for both parties.

For orders of multiple products placed at the same time it can occur that separate delivery of the products on different dates may arise without, however affecting paragraph 266.

If a certain article is not available, we are committed to inform you prior to the placement of the order about the unavailability. We reserve the right, in this case, to offer an alternative article of equivalent price and quality - to be sent. Should you not want to accept this article, you can return it to us within the statutory warranty period free of charge.

Depending on the destination of the order and the payment art, the delivery time is on average from 1-7 days. In case of force majeure, for which we cannot take responsibility, the time of delivery can take longer than the above. For delays in the delivery of more than 4 weeks, you can withdraw from the contract. There is however no claim for damages.

Regardless of the insured shipping of the purchased articles, from the handover point, to you or to a person authorized by you, are/is responsible for any accidental deterioration or possible destruction of the ordered goods.

We assume the risk during transportation, as well as the costs of any accompanying documents. Import tax, handling costs and customs duties may, however depending on the country of delivery, be charged separately in a separate invoice from our delivery partner.

Generally we send our articles with our delivery partner DHL (Standard/Express).

By the return of the goods or by communication in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The time period begins after receipt of this information in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the receiver (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our obligations in accordance with Article 246 (2) in conjunction with Article 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with Section 312 (g) (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 3 EGBGB. Observation of the revocation period is achieved with the timely dispatch of the revocation or the purchased goods.

In the case of an effective return or a revocation, the received items provided by both parties are to be returned and, if necessary together with won benefits (e.g. interest). Can the received items as well as the won benefits received (e.g. advantages of use) not be returned or only in part or in deteriorated condition only, a reimbursement is applicable. For the deterioration of the goods compensation must be paid for towed uses only. In as far as the use of the goods lead to the deterioration of these over and above the quality and functionality will be tested and controlled. A "test of the quality and functionality" is understood to be the test of the articles in question, which is only possible and common practice in a shop. Shippable goods are to send back at our cost and risk. The returned goods must be sent back with the same delivery partner with which the package was shipped to you. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The deadline period begins for you with the dispatch of the notice of revocation of the goods, and for us upon receipt of these.

The reimbursement shall be made to the account used for payment. In case of payment on account, as well as bank transfer payment, the refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by PAYPAL or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PAYPAL or credit card account. Any losses caused by currency fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Title Retention

Until full payment has been received, the delivered good remain the property of Nerobin Jewelry GmbH.
